Anchor Title has been in business since 2004. Joy Nash, Owner of Anchor Title has over 20 years experience in the banking industry and has been in the title business for the last 14 years. Joy is very experienced in the title and financial business, she will make sure you have the most pleasant closing experience. Joy stays on top of the latest financial and real estate news to pass on to her clients.

Lauren Knowles - Closing Agent - Orange Beach Office

Lauren has worked in the real estate industry since 2007.  Coming from a family of real estate developers and bankers, she understands all angles of the industry.  In early 2011 she relocated to Orange Beach from Destin, Florida where she was employed by Priority Title as a Closing Assistant.  Lauren has experience in handling all types of transactions from residential and commercial closings to simple purchases and refinances.

Lauren understands the importance of communication and strives to provide feedback and responses in a timely manner.  Her main goal is customer satisfaction and ensuring the transaction is as simple as possible for all parties involved.  She is very organized and can appreciate the significance of a smooth and time-efficient transaction.

Tracy Williamson – Closing Agent – Mobile Office

Tracy has been in the Title Business since 1994. She worked for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company until they closed their Mobile office in 1996. At that time she went to work for Title Assurance Company in their production office, generating all of the title commitments and policies as well as conducting all of the research.  Tracy began working for Anchor Title when they opened in 2004. She has a vast experience in residential and commercial closings from simple purchases, reverse mortgages, 1099 exchanges and large commercial closings.  She has done many multi-million dollar commercial transactions over the years from hotels to shipyards. Tracy strives to make all closing a pleasant experience whether a lot purchase or a multi-million dollar commercial closing.

Joelle Webb - Escrow Agent - Mobile Office

Joelle has been with Anchor Title for over five years. She has assisted an abstract company in Mississippi for a year before being employed with Anchor Title. In total six years of experience in the business. Joelle is a very hard working individual working on your behalf. This business goes above and beyond what most of our competitors offer with a wonderful southern hospitality feel.
