Anchor Title has been in business since 2004. Joy Nash, Owner of Anchor Title has over 20 years experience in the banking industry and has been in the title business for the last 14 years. Our closers have over 16 years of experience in the title business. We currently have 3 offices, 1 in Orange Beach and 1 in Mobile as well as a closing office in Daphne.  We currently offer closings anywhere in the State of Alabama, Southern Mississippi and Northwest Florida as well.  We have traveling closing agents who will go to the customer’s place of business or home if necessary at any time (even on weekends).

Escrow Closing Experience

We are a full service title company issuing commitments, listing binders, policies, title reports and conducting escrow loan closings from residential purchases, refinances, debt consolidation, construction loans and 1031 tax exchanges to commercial financial closings for multi-state business.  We are very familiar with the requirements of national investor packages as to accuracy and time sensitivity.
